Trama: Una misteriosa malattia letale si è diffusa in tutto il mondo, con un conseguenze catastrofiche sull'umanità, e con la conseguente comparsa di attacchi causati da morti viventi. In Giappone, alcuni studenti delle scuole superiori e di una scuola di infermiere, si sono riuniti per sfuggire all'assalto degli zombie. Il gruppo tenta capire chi o che cosa è responsabile di questo flagello e, nel frattempo, cerca di sopravvivere all'apocalisse in atto.
